Saturday,
May 6th 2000 delivered bright, sunny, warm and beautiful weather,
welcoming a handful of Ohio NANFA
members to the Trumbull County, Ohio area for an outing that would
prove to be fun and educational. Eric Cappy and Robin Jendrian
(Youngtown Area Tropical Fish Society), Mark Binkley, Roger Troutman
(no relation to Milton!), Mike Wolfe, special guest photographer
BJ Casseday, and myself, Rob Carillio, were on hand early Saturday
morning at my place of business where we enjoyed morning refreshments
while watching various video material on native fish before heading
out to three area streams for some observing and collecting. Swine
Creek, Eagle Creek and a tributary of Little Beaver Creek were
places that we would explore, with Swine Creek being the highlight
of the day!
